These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cz999 platform, accessible at cz999.bio, and all related services, features, and content provided by cz999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and cz999. 2.2 Account Restrictions

• Each user may register and maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your cz999 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. cz999 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. cz999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same verified payment method used for the original deposit. cz999 aims to process bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals within ten minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. cz999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if fraud is suspected or if KYC verification is outstanding. Withdrawals are denominated in BDT; no currency conversion is applied.

3.3 Currency and Fees

cz999 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees. cz999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any such third-party fees are outside cz999's control and are not refundable.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits awarded by cz999 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 4.2 Bonus Abuse

cz999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; using automated bots or scripts; and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, cz999 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the account.

4.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings

Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is satisfied, cz999 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance. 5.1 Age Verification and Self-Exclusion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cz999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond cz999's reasonable control. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cz999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use of it.

cz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by law. Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance not connected to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Funds connected to uncompleted wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.
